DAY 1

Your trek will start quite steep as you ascend into the jungle before levelling out. If the 3-4 hour timeline for the trek is too short, you can choose the option of going off the trail to hike through more jungle. In the afternoon, you will arrive in the Khmu village Ban Nalan. In the evening you can relax or help prepare your dinner. You can spend the night in either a villager’s home or in a bungallow.

DAY 2

After a hearty Lao breakfast, you start along the Nam Ha River, visiting 2 ethnic minority villages. In the afternoon, you will re-enter the thick jungle with some steep sections and be rewarded with a mountain view. You will spend the night in our remote Fisherman Camp in the middle of the jungle. Here you can have a refreshing swim and enjoy dinner at the campfire.

DAY 3

In the morning, you will cross the Nam Ha River and continue your steep trek through beautiful primary forest along a mountain ridge trail until you reach our Confluence Camp for a final refreshing swim.
